Order Processing and tracking

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours after payment is confirmed. We ship on all days except Sunday and National Holidays.

  • We collaborate with reputable courier partners for prompt and secure delivery.

  • Typically, products are delivered within 3-8 business days from order confirmation.

  • For Non-Metro locations, delivery usually takes 3 to 12 business days, while remote areas might experience longer delivery times.

  • These timelines do not apply to custom orders, special orders, or pre-order bookings. Specific timelines for each will be detailed in the product description.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees include both handling and postage.

  • Handling charges are fixed.

  • Free shipping or shipping charges would reflect on the product page as well as in the checkout flow.

  • Postage costs vary depending on the total weight and delivery location.

  • If you place multiple orders, shipping charges will apply to each order separately — we are unable to combine shipments placed at different times.

  • These shipping charges applicable are not refundable in the case of return/cancellation of the product or the order.

  • The shipping charges can be modified by Pahalikilkari.com at any point without prior intimation. The new charges would reflect on the product page as well as in the checkout flow.
     

Packaging & Handling
  • We take special care in packing, especially for delicate items.

  • Boxes are securely sealed, and contents are cushioned to minimize transit damage.

Delays in Delivery

While most orders are delivered on time, external factors may cause delays. These may include:

  • Weather conditions

  • Strikes or transport disruptions

  • Courier delays beyond our control
