2. Earning Points

Customers earn loyalty points on eligible purchases as per the point structure displayed on the website.

Points are credited only after successful order completion and payment confirmation.

Points are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

 

3. Redeeming Points

Loyalty points can be redeemed against future purchases on Pahalikilkari.com as per the redemption value displayed.

Points must be redeemed before their expiry date (if applicable).

The value of points cannot exceed the total order value.

 

4. Expiry of Points

Loyalty points expire [e.g., within 12 months] from the date they are credited, unless otherwise stated.

Expired points will be automatically removed from your account and cannot be reinstated.

 

5. Returns & Cancellations

If an order is cancelled or returned, the points earned from that order will be deducted from your loyalty account.

Redeemed points for returned/cancelled orders will be reinstated to your account if applicable.

 

6. Modification & Termination

Pahalikilkari.com reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the loyalty program at any time without prior notice.

Changes will be notified on the website.

 

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes regarding loyalty points will be resolved at the discretion of Pahalikilkari.com.
